Yes. It is your home — you come whenever you like, with no bookings and no restrictions. When you are away, the house can work for you if you wish.
Yes. The Comfortvill management company takes care of guests, and the house generates income during the time you are not using it. You choose how involved you want to be.
Comfortvill: upkeep and cleaning, minor repairs and technical maintenance, guest relations and bookings, plus transparent financial reporting. You do not need to get involved in day-to-day operations.
A down payment from 30%, with an installment plan of up to 1 year. Terms are flexible — we agree them individually around your scenario and schedule.
A transparent model with official documentation. Our manager will calculate the tax burden for your specific ownership scenario — whether for personal use or with rental through Comfortvill.
